2 tablespoons all-purpose flour2 tablespoons baking powder1 teaspoon kosher salt11-12 chicken wingsdrizzle of olive oil3 tablespoons Red Gold® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup 20oz3 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Bake the wings for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine Red Gold Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup, honey, vinegar, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Toss the baked chicken wings in the Sriracha Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch if desired. Enjoy!
