- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
Step one
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine garlic, brown sugar, Red Gold Folds of Honor Ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, hot honey, and vinegar.
Step two
Stir and simmer for 5–7 minutes, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool (it will continue to thicken as it sits).
Step three
Preheat a grill to medium heat (about 375–400°F).
Step four
Pat wings dry. In a large bowl, drizzle with avocado oil and Dijon mustard.
Step five
Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, ancho Chile powder, and cayenne if using. Toss to coat.
Step six
Place wings over indirect heat. Grill for 20–25 minutes, flipping every 4–5 minutes for even cooking.
Step seven
Once cooked through (internal temp 165°F), move wings over direct heat. Grill 1–2 minutes per side for charred edges.
Step eight
Toss wings in BBQ sauce or brush on during the last few minutes of grilling for a sticky glaze.
