2 cups Red Gold® 32 oz Ketchup Folds of Honor
Using a sharp knife, cut around the bone near the base of each drumstick and push the meat down to form a lollipop shape.
Wrap each drumstick with a slice of bacon, securing tightly.
Rub each lollipop with BBQ seasoning on all sides.
Preheat a smoker to 350°F.
Place the prepared lollipops on the smoker and cook for 40 minutes, or until the bacon starts to crisp.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine Red Gold Folds of Honor Ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and pineapple juice.
Stir frequently and simmer for 10–15 minutes until thickened slightly. Set aside to cool.
After 40 minutes of smoking, remove the chicken from the smoker.
Dip each lollipop into the cooled BBQ sauce to coat fully.
Return the glazed lollipops to the smoker and cook for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
