Red Gold now has over 1,300 employees working in more than 3 million square feet under roof in Indiana, along with 15 warehouses throughout the United States, and a fleet of 170 trucks. Our Fresh Pack season, otherwise known as harvest season, runs August through October.
In our manufacturing facilities and our distribution center, we have opportunities available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. We even offer shift premiums for our 2nd and 3rd shift employees. In addition, we also have a corporate office that operates on a 1st shift schedule.
