Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
1 can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Olive Oil 14.5 oz
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups shredded processed American cheese
Instructions
Step one
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion, drain well. Add petite diced tomatoes and water; bring to a boil.
Step two
Add macaroni and bring back to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until macaroni is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and stir until cheese is melted.
