

Loaded Chili Tacos! Beef, spices, cheese, Red Gold Tomatoes & Bush Kidney Beans come together in a Mission Soft Flour Tortilla. So easy and so tasty!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
1 can Red Gold® Canned Tomato Sauce 15 oz
1 can Red Gold® Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 2 cans Bush’s® Chili Kidney Beans, 16 oz
- 12 Mission® Soft Taco Flour Tortillas, 2-10 ct or 1-20 ct pkg
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 4 green onions, sliced
Instructions
Step one
Heat oil in a large skillet set over medium heat; cook beef, salt and pepper for 5 to 8 minutes or until browned. Stir in onion, garlic and chili powder; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly softened.
Step two
Stir in Red Gold Tomato Sauce, Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, and Bush’s Chili Kidney Beans, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cook 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened.
Step three
Warm Mission Soft Taco Flour Tortillas according to package directions.
Step four
Assemble chili in warm tortillas with cheese, avocado, sour cream and green onions.
