2 pounds beef stew meat2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced2 stalks celery, diced3 whole carrots, peeled and sliced1 cup frozen corn1 can Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz1 cup onion, diced1 can Red Gold® Tomato Paste 6 oz1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste1 teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste2 teaspoons paprika1 bay leaf1 tablespoon minced garlic1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 cups beef stockfresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, remove the bay leaf, stir the ingredients together and season to taste.
- Serve in bowl and top with fresh parsley before serving.
