    This is actually a great recipe. For lunch I used a single pack of noodles, a half can of tomatoes (cutting open the can with a safety can opener helps for putting the other half of the can in the fridge for tomorrow), and a poached egg.

    Noodles + egg + half can of super-tasty tomatoes = a hot lunch at the office for a little more than $1, with 10% of the salt content of the noodle package's spice packet.

    Yeah, the can says it 'might be the soul mate' of instant ramen, and I would actually agree with that! Nice going!

    It looks like the recipe's picture uses some thinly sliced scallions, I'll try adding that next.
