Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Carrot Juice
- 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
- 3 oz. Sacramento Tomato Juice
- 1 dash Grenadine
- 3/4 Simple Syrup, cold method
- Garnish Carrots
Instructions
Step one
Combine carrot juice, vodka, Sacramento Tomato Juice, simple syrup and grenadine into a cocktail shaker. Begin to shake without any ice to promote air and froth. Add 1 scoop of ice and “Hard shake” until drink is well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into martini glass and serve with carrot garnish.
