Golden-breaded chicken strips are paired with a bold, herb-infused Redpack marinara, perfect for dipping.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. All-Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 4 Eggs
- 8 oz. Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 8 oz Panko Breadcrumbs
- 4 oz Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 lb. Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
- Vegetable Oil
- Redpack Marinara Sauce
Instructions
Step one
In a shallow bowl combine the flour, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Step two
In a second bowl whisk the eggs.
Step three
In a third bowl combine the parmesan, breadcrumbs and parsley.
Step four
Dredge the chicken strips in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixtures.
Step five
Fry in the vegetable oil until golden brown and cooked to 165 degrees.
Step six
Serve with a side of Redpack Marinara Sauce.
